My Life Journey is a creative aged care group where participants reflect on their lives through guided weekly questions and scrapbooking. In a warm and supportive setting, members capture memories, milestones, and meaningful moments in their own words and style.

Over the year, these reflections are thoughtfully compiled into a beautiful personalised memory book—creating a treasured keepsake to share with family and pass on for generations.
